1. A breakdown call is lodged through our 24/7 call centre
2. The operator will ask some questions in order to determine the company details, the driver’s contact details, the driver and vehicle’s location, the nature of the breakdown and whether any spare parts may be required (tyres, patches, Airbags).
3. A quotation is then generated by our operations team and sent to the client for approval.
4. Once the quotation is approved by the client, a vehicle will be dispatched (information about the technician and vehicle registration is then given to the driver) 
5. Constant communication with the driver will be maintained and the client will kept updated regarding progress.
6. Pictures of the damage and work done will be sent to the client.

We are well equipped to service all trucks & buses that may suffer tyre related issues and mechanical, air and electrical system breakdowns.
